Note: You must sign out of any streaming application that you use before starting to configure your TV. If you do not sign-out, your streaming apps might still remember their previous location.
Configuration menus might be slightly different than the steps below - but the general idea will be the same:
Make sure you signed out from all your video streaming applications!
Turn on your TV and press Settings on your remote control.
From the Quick Settings screen, locate and click the Advanced button.
Your TV will now test the connection. Click Complete to complete the set up.
Start your streaming application and login. It might take a little longer that normal for the login to complete.
If you had problems, unplug your TV from power, then try again.
Attention
If your router's IP address change, the service will stop working. This is because we rely on your external IP address (WAN) for authentication. In case of problems, always go to your control panel, which will re-register your external IP - you can do this from any device on your home network (PC/Mac/SmartTV built-in browser etc). Our system will automatically refresh your new IP in our database and your DNS will work again.
Always ensure your TV is using the most recent firmware available.
Your DNS configuration should only include DNS IP addresses from the list above.
Restart your TV after changing your DNS IPs. This will make sure that you will receive fresh results from the new DNS server you selected.
